FCSA is pleased to announce the launch of a series of webinars to support employment agencies and end hirers with IR35 compliance.
We begin the series with a pre-recorded webinar ‘IR35, off-payroll, and the recruitment supply chain’ that is available to watch on-demand now.
Presented by FCSA Chair, Chris James, this first of three webinars provides an easy-to-understand explanation of IR35 and off-payroll reforms, how it will affect the recruitment supply chain, and what the changes will mean for agencies and end hirers.
We’ll be launching our second webinar soon in early December to provide guidance on what steps need to be taken in order to comply with IR35, with a final live webinar in February next year to look at the risks and opportunities for agencies and employers with the opportunity for attendees to ask a panel of IR35 experts those all-important questions.
Commenting on the launch of these webinars, FCSA Chief Executive, Phil Pluck said: “As we fast-approach the 6th April 2021, the date when the new IR35 reforms in the private sector will come into effect, it’s time for agencies and end hirers to put IR35 firmly back on the agenda.
“While some agencies and employers were fully prepared for the original April 2020 deadline, pushed back due to the coronavirus pandemic, many were not. These webinars are here to offer support and guidance to agencies and end hirers who are tasked with the important responsibility of ensuring compliance with the new IR35 reforms in the private sector, due to come into effect in April 2021.”
