Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA) has today been made aware of claims that multiple FCSA members have been suspended or expelled in the recent past.
FCSA can confirm that this is a total fabrication and is categorically and completely incorrect.
FCSA recently withdrew the membership of DNS Group and suspended the membership of Orange Genie. No other FCSA members are affected by these actions and no other members are expelled or suspended.
Any claim regarding any other FCSA member is incorrect. The only accurate and up-to-date listing of FCSA members is available from the FCSA website member directory
Chris Bryce, FCSA’s Chief Executive says, “I am dismayed that this sort of nonsense is being foist upon the marketplace. Such ridiculous claims likely originate from disinformation or outright deception on the part of the ill-informed, or, even worse, those who wish to see the return of the pre-FCSA cowboy days for their own profit. The damage these untruths cause to all the parties involved could potentially be substantial and lasting and it wouldn’t surprise me if the pedlars of such claims face legal action from affected members.”
