Now in its 10th year, the prestigious IRP Awards is hosted by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) to celebrate excellence in recruitment.

The award winners help to raise awareness of positive role models whose exceptional work, candidate care, and client relations set the bar for all recruitment professionals and businesses to aspire to.
