The exhibition will be held on Wednesday, 1st February and Thursday, 2nd February at the Olympia Central in London.
The Recruitment Agency Expo is a leading exhibition and conference for senior decision makers working within recruitment agencies nationwide.
The FCSA is proud to continue to support this industry recognised event having exhibited at previous shows in Birmingham as well as last year’s London event.
Free seminar on IR35 Reform for recruiters
On Day 2, our CEO, Julia Kermode will be presenting a free seminar for recruiters on IR35 Reform where she will explain what it means for recruitment businesses and how to manage this new liability.
“From April 2017, recruitment agencies will become liable for the IR35 status of independent contractors that they place within the public sector. The financial and compliance consequences will be significant, effectively placing agencies at risk unless they manage the new liabilities appropriately,” explains FCSA CEO, Julia Kermode.
“The FCSA has a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of IR35 legislation, including the 16 years of case law that go alongside it. I would invite recruitment professionals attending the Recruitment Agency Expo in London next year to come along to my session on IR35 to hear the facts and an explanation of how the changes will impact your business in a clear, plain-English manner. I will also present the FCSA’s latest research and analysis of the impact this will have on the wider marketplace.”
Julia’s seminar will take place on Thursday, 2nd February in Theatre 2 at 2.30pm.
