MyPay has become the latest accredited member to join the FCSA for providing umbrella services to contractors and freelancers. To become an accredited member, applicants must undergo an independent and rigorous assessment of their business services, operations, policies and processes, all of which are independently examined to ensure adherence to FCSA compliance standards.
Becoming FCSA accredited demonstrates to freelancers, contractors and recruiters that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment and regulatory laws. Coupled with financial stability tests, FCSA accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.
MyPay was set up in 2007 with the aim of providing a straight-talking, hassle-free umbrella service to contractors and recruitment agencies. On becoming FCSA accredited, Stephen Hollins, Director at MyPay said: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured FCSA accreditation. The MyPay brand is synonymous with professionalism and compliance and our team has years of experience in the umbrella field and understands the key factors that are important in providing contractors with the highest standard of service. It is particularly rewarding for us that our efforts have been recognised by FCSA. Being endorsed by FCSA is the icing on the cake and we are looking forward to working with Julia and other FCSA members.”
FCSA’s chief executive, Julia Kermode added: “Passing the rigorous assessment to become FCSA accredited is not easy so I would like to congratulate the MyPay team and welcome them on board as our newest member. I know that Stephen and his team are passionate about our sector and provide a service that is second to none. Any contractor or recruiter can be assured that they are in safe hands.”
