No Worries has become the latest Accredited Member of the Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA), demonstrating that it fully complies with the membership body’s strict codes of compliance. They have achieved accreditation for their umbrella employment and contractor accountancy services.
To become accredited, an applicant has to undergo a rigorous review by independent assessors – regulated accountants and solicitors – of its business services, operations, policies and processes.
The FCSA Code of Compliance is designed to demonstrate to freelancers, contractors and recruiters looking for a professional employment service provider, that a company is financially stable, run by fit and proper persons, provides high-quality professional employment services, and operates to the highest industry compliance standards.
Established in 2005, No Worries has continuously evolved; now offering accounting and tax services tailored to suit the needs of professional contractors working in the UK. For limited company contractors, they have developed an easy-to-understand approach, matched with an online system to simplify the running of a company, and in 2014, they added an umbrella payroll service for those looking for a fast and simple route into contracting.
On becoming an FCSA Accredited Member, Candice Fourie, Managing Director of No Worries said: “Achieving FCSA Accreditation is a massive milestone for us. The comprehensive compliance requirements ensure that our service is top-class for contractor accountants and we are pleased to see increased recognition of our umbrella solution from many recruitment agencies who see FCSA Accreditation as a pre-requisite for their Preferred Supplier Lists.”
Phil Pluck, Chief Executive of the FCSA added: “In an unregulated industry, our focus is on protecting contractors and freelancers by ensuring they are only working with the most scrupulous and compliant businesses. No Worries is the latest company to meet our extremely high standards and I am looking forward to working with Candice and her team.”
