The Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA), the UK’s largest trade association for professional employment services, has formed a partnership with Perkbox, which provides over 250 free personal benefits to reward freelancers and contractors in their everyday lives.

Today, Perkbox has some 300,000 members and over 25,000 business owners who are all enjoying access to hundreds of affordable and free perks, from cinema tickets to grocery shopping or gym membership.

Commenting on joining forces with FCSA, Carl Hutchings, Senior Sales Manager at Perkbox said: “Perkbox is delighted to be teaming up with FCSA as an official partner.  We are both passionate in supporting the UK’s flexible workforce and recognising and rewarding the invaluable work they do so we are looking forward to working with FCSA members to help them reward the freelancers and contractors they support.”

FCSA, which represents professional employment services such as umbrella employers and accountancy service providers, was set up in 2008 to set the benchmark for those working in the industry. It works tirelessly to protect contractors and freelancers and drive up standards in a historically unregulated industry.

Julia Kermode, FCSA’s chief executive added: “We are pleased to welcome Perkbox on board as a partner and to allow our members to reward the freelancers and contractors they work with a host of free perks and affordable benefits.   Traditionally, such benefits have only been enjoyed by employees working full time for companies so it is great to know that contractors and freelancers can now enjoy some perks too.”
