We are delighted to welcome three highly respected industry authorities to its Board. They are Mark Beal-Preston from Optionis, Tim Hunt from Mango Pay and Joe Taffurelli from Liquid Friday.
The three will sit alongside current Board members, Chris James from JSA, Matt Fryer from Brookson, Colin Gunnel from Boox and Louise Rayner from NumberMill. Together they will support chief executive Julia Kermode and the FCSA in its work to represent the UK’s contingent workforce and to raise industry standards.
Julia Kermode commented: “FCSA has gone from strength to strength in recent years and I would like to welcome our three new board members to help steer our future long-term strategy and direction as we work hard to support the freelance and contracting sector in the UK. The freelance workforce is a vital component of today’s business landscape and 2019 has been a challenging year for our sector with more turmoil to come in 2020 with the introduction of the new Off-Payroll legislation to the private sector. I shall look forward to working with our new Board members as we strive to cement our position as the UK’s leading professional membership body dedicated to raising standards and promoting supply chain compliance for the temporary labour market.”
