Last week, FCSA Chief Executive, Phil Pluck and Board Chair, Chris James met with BEIS officials to emphasise the FCSA’s disappointment that there was no mention of the Employment Bill in this year’s Queen’s Speech. Read FCSA’s response to the Queen’s Speech here.
Subsequently, the FCSA has written to the Minister, Paul Scully to seek assurances that the sector and contractor workforce remains a priority in terms of regulation and further legislation.
