FCSA Accreditation demonstrates to recruitment agencies, end hirers, and contractors that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment, and regulatory laws. Coupled with financial stability tests, FCSA Accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.
On becoming FCSA Accredited, Granite BPO Managing Director, Jovan Pavlicevic said: “We’re excited to begin this new chapter in the Granite history book and to be working in partnership with FCSA. To become an Accredited Member, applicants must undergo an independent and rigorous assessment of their business services, operations, policies and processes, all of which are examined to ensure adherence to FCSA compliance standards.
