The Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) has announced that JMK Group UK have achieved FCSA accreditation for its compliant umbrella employment, CIS/self-employed contractor provider and limited company advisor services.
As the UK’s leading trade body for the professional employment services sector, the FCSA rigorously assessed the group against its compliance codes and models in an independent audit.
Having passed all three tests, the group joins the ranks of more than 70 other FCSA members, a register which provides reassurances to the wider supply chain that they’re working with a compliant and trustworthy business.
With over 20 years of experience working within the industry, JMK Group UK supports hundreds of recruitment agencies across a range of services, including Back Office Support (BOS) and Funding.
To ensure members are operating both professionally and ethically within UK tax, employment and regulatory laws, all members are evaluated on their processes, operations and policies and continually reassessed on a regular basis.
Subsequent accreditation to FCSA membership provides the rest of the supply chain with assurances the umbrella companies, limited company advisors, professional employment organisations and CIS contractor providers are safe and compliant to work with.
