FCSA today announce that MainPay have achieved membership accreditation for their umbrella employment services.
The appointment to FCSA membership follows an independent audit by the UK’s leading trade body for the professional employment services sector, which saw the company assessed against a rigorous set of compliance codes.
Membership provides additional reassurances to the wider supply chain by giving a clear and reliable signal about which umbrella companies, limited company advisors, professional employment organisations and CIS contractor providers are safe to work with.
The appointment followed assessments on the businesses’ processes, operations and policies, which ensures members are operating both professionally and ethically within UK tax, employment and regulatory laws.
Based in North Yorkshire, MainPay provide Umbrella Employment services to the temporary workforce industry.
Dan Nuttycombe, Director at MainPay, commented: ”We are delighted to become an accredited umbrella member of the FCSA. Widely regarded as the ‘gold standard’ in our industry, achieving this level of compliance is testament to the robust nature of our systems, processes and the wealth of knowledge within our teams.
“We see this as a boost for our growth plans and this accreditation should provide our clients with added comfort that they are working with an employment business that has not only been a valued partner for years, but is committed to setting and maintaining a higher standard.”
FCSA’s chief executive, Chris Bryce added: “I am delighted that MainPay have successfully met the high standards required to become FCSA Accredited Members. The FCSA and its members continuously campaign for the highest levels of compliance and transparency in the industry – the more members we have, the stronger the sector’s voice will become.
“Accredited Members adhere to our Charter which outlines our pre-requisite benchmark standards and requires businesses to operate ethically and legally. In addition, FCSA Accredited Members have been audited to confirm that they adhere to the FCSA Compliance Code – a stringent test of their business operations as a clear commercial differentiator.”
As the industry-leading trade association, the FCSA works to support and protect the interests of the sector and the flexible workforce.
