Regrettably, we announce that ClearSky Contractor Accounting and Parasol have decided to change their FCSA membership status to Associate Member. Earlier this year ClearSky and Parasol merged with two other large firms, Nixon Williams and SJD Accountancy. This merger has resulted in numerous priorities making it impossible for them to undertake the annual FCSA accreditation compliance review across all parts of the new business, and so they have decided to change to Associate Member status for both Parasol & ClearSky.
Parasol and ClearSky have confirmed their intention to reapply for FCSA accreditation later this year, and this application will include the other firms in their group – Nixon Williams and SJD Accountancy. Parasol and ClearSky will remain active Associate Members whereby they will be self-certified to adhere to the FCSA Charter and still remain committed to ensuring a high level of compliance is evident in the contractor market.
