Exact Payroll is a fast-growing specialist payroll provider for PAYE umbrella and CIS services across the UK. We operate predominantly in the healthcare, construction and teaching sectors but can accommodate most sectors and industries.
Our core focus is on our day to day service and compliance as follows:
Exact Umbrella offers umbrella employment for independent workers.
Exact Payroll will process your pay weekly and we will pay any HMRC that is due. The worker will receive a text during the week and will generally be paid on a Friday.
As an employee of Exact Payroll, you will receive full employment rights including holiday pay and sick pay. You will have access to our online portal where you will find your payslips and you can manage your personal details. You will be enrolled in an auto enrolment pension with Smart Pensions and receive discounts for lots of high street stores.
Contractors who work in the construction Industry can benefit from the Exact CIS service.
The construction contractor will need to register for self-employment and the CIS scheme with HMRC and they would then normally pay a flat rate of 20% throughout all their assignments.
To be eligible to use this pay model, the contractor must complete and pass our assessment to prove they are working outside of SDC (supervision, direction and control), they must also complete our CIS questionnaire.
Self-employed contractors will have access to our secure online portal, allowing quick and easy access to their remittances and can update personal details.
