We are pleased to announce that We Contract is now a fully Accredited Member, having passed our rigorous assessment with flying colours.
FCSA’s Compliance Code is designed to demonstrate to Government, as well as freelancers, contractors and recruiters looking for a service provider, that a company is financially stable, provides high-quality professional services and operates to the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Compliance with the Code is verified and validated by independent assessors who are regulated accountants and lawyers, and a copy of the review documentation is lodged with HMRC for full transparency.
We Contract was established in the UK in 2013 by founders David Wilde and Richard Baxendale to provide freelancers, contractors and recruiters with umbrella and payroll services. On becoming a fully accredited member of FCSA, Richard Baxendale said: “We are extremely pleased to be recognised by FCSA and delighted that We Contract is now a fully accredited member. Our hard work has paid off and it is a great way to end 2017. We aim to be the most efficient and effective employment intermediary in the market, putting compliance at the heart of an outstanding service and improving the transparency of the contracting chain right up to the end client.
