At our “IR35 Reforms: Identifying and Managing Risk in the Recruitment Supply Chain” webinar, we heard from industry experts Matt Fryer and Joanne Harris from FCSA, who helped us to identify and mitigate risk in the supply chain by taking a closer look at the role of a Statement of Work and how fee payers and payment intermediaries are responding to the off-payroll reforms. They also offered practical advice on how to manage your contractor workforce through the changes.
